Stacy has conducted research on work-family conflict, overwork, and early childhood education and care for over 15 years. Based on her research and experience with clients and her own life, she has developed a fully-customizable five-step process that guides mothers to:

• Identify unique strengths, uncover hidden talents, and learn to fully utilize them
• Understand and overcome obstacles such as time-constraints, lack of energy, and "mommy guilt"
• Align activities and schedules with priorities and resources to get more done while enjoying life
• Build a support system or “Personal Board of Directors” to boost their own efforts
• Create momentum-building action steps that keeps moms on track to achieving goals

Stacy has previously worked for research institutions such as Columbia University and the Families and Work Institute. She earned her doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania and her coaching certification at iPEC, an ICF-accredited program. Stacy has appeared on media outlets such as NPR and CNN, and her work has been featured in print publications such as the Chicago Tribune. She lives with her husband and two young children in New York City.
